General Terms & Conditions
Appointments
Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. Confirmation of booking will be provided.
Arrival: Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full session time.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full session fee will still apply.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
Fees: Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. This policy applies to all bookings, including those made as part of packages or memberships.
Exceptions: Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illness at the discretion of the therapist.
Repeat Policy Breaches: Continued failure to adhere to the cancellation policy may result in future bookings being refused or cancelled at the discretion of Surrey Massage Studio.
Payment
Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and other payment methods as specified on our website.
Timing: Payment is due at the time of service.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
Referrals
Referring a friend: When you refer a friend to our studio, both you and your friend will receive a £5 gift card to use towards your next treatment.
Discount applied: Your referral must book, attend, and pay in full for their first massage. After this, your discount will be applied to your next booking, and your friend will receive the discount on theirs.
Health and Safety
Disclosure: Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to treatment. Failure to do so may result in injury or adverse reactions, for which the business will not be held liable.
Unwell Clients: Clients should not attend appointments if they are unwell, particularly with contagious conditions such as flu or colds. Visibly unwell clients may have their session cancelled for safety reasons. In such cases, the full session fee may still apply.
Sanitation: Our facility adheres to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure client safety.
Professional Conduct
Therapist: All therapists and trainers follow a strict code of ethics. Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate session termination and possible banning from future services.
Client: Clients must conduct themselves respectfully and appropriately. Misconduct may lead to refusal of service.
Confidentiality
All client records and personal information are confidential and used only for service provision. To request a copy of your records, please email info@surreymassagestudio.com.
Liability
Injury: Surrey Massage Studio is not liable for any injury or adverse reaction resulting from services provided.
Belongings: We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items during your visit.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.

Membership Terms & Conditions (Massage & Personal Training)
Welcome to our Membership program for massage and personal training. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms and our general terms and conditions. Please read both carefully.
Membership Overview
Our membership program offers a range of benefits including scheduled sessions, special discounts, and exclusive offers. Memberships are available for both massage and personal training, in a range of tiers.
Membership Duration
Monthly Memberships: Memberships are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the policy below.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your membership, you must provide at least 30 days’ notice before your next payment date.
Cancellations made after this period will apply to the following billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or partial months once payment has been taken.
Membership Pause
You may pause your membership for up to one month for medical, travel, or personal reasons.
Billing will be suspended during the pause, and any unused sessions will be retained. A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to pause before your next billing date.
Refunds for Prepaid Sessions
If you cancel your membership and have unused sessions, they may be used for up to one month after cancellation. After this period, any remaining sessions will expire and will not be refunded.
Non-Transferable
All memberships and any associated sessions are non-transferable. The previous Gold Membership sharing option has been removed and is no longer available.
Missed Appointments or Late Cancellations
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the session fee, including those booked through a membership or package.
Exceptional Circumstances
If illness, injury, or other exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us. We will review cases individually and may offer adjustments at our discretion.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
