My Approach

My Personal Training is built around one simple belief: Training should make you feel stronger, more mobile, and more capable in your everyday life — not just inside the gym.

Whether you’re returning from injury, managing ongoing pain, or simply want to move better and build lasting strength, I offer tailored, supportive coaching to help you reach your goals safely and effectively. It’s functional, rehab-informed, and real-world focused presonal training.

Sessions centre on:

  • Functional strength training – building resilience for everyday life

  • Mobility and flexibility work – so you move more freely and comfortably

  • Rehab-based progression – perfect if you’re recovering from injury, dealing with discomfort, or starting from a deconditioned place

  • Outdoor training focus – whenever weather allows, sessions are held in a peaceful private garden space for fresh air and natural movement

  • Private studio option – in case of poor weather, sessions move indoors to a calm, private training environment

This isn’t about smashing you with random workouts. It’s about smart, progressive movement coaching that respects your body, your life, and your goals.

Online Coaching & Programming

If you enjoy the gym but often feel unsure what to do, online coaching is here to guide you.

You’ll receive structured, personalised training programmes delivered straight to your phone, helping you train with clarity, confidence, and consistency — without needing someone there in person.

To keep you supported and on track, you’ll start with weekly check-ins so we can review progress, make adjustments, and build confidence. As you become more independent, this moves to monthly check-ins to keep you progressing long-term.

Your plan will include up to three training sessions per week, designed around your goals, lifestyle, and experience level so you always know exactly what to do when you walk into the gym.

Please note: If you arrive for an appointment while visibly unwell, your session may be canceled to protect the health and safety of our staff and other clients. In such cases, the full session fee may still apply.
