Lauren B
Lauren’s journey into sports massage therapy began after spending several years working in an office-based role. After having her two sons, she took time away from work to focus on raising her family. As her passion for sport and interest in the benefits of massage grew, she decided to pursue a new career and completed a university course in Sports Massage Therapy.
With a background in sport and a family deeply involved in motocross, including her fiancé and two sons who compete, she has a real passion for working with athletes and understanding the physical demands that sport places on the body. She loves to help people of all abilities and activity levels maintain their physical wellbeing, support recovery, relieve muscle tension and improve mobility.
