Yes, we are able to provide mobile massage services, however we do charge an additional travel fee based on your location. Travel charges start from £20.
Please get in touch to book a mobile treatment as this service cannot currently be booked online.
Yes! When you refer a friend to my studio, both you and your friend will receive a £5 gift card to use towards your next treatment. It’s my way of saying thank you for sharing the benefits of my services with others.
Terms and Conditions: Your friend must book, attend, and pay in full for their first treatment. After this, your gift card will be sent to you via email, and your friend will receive a gift card too.
Yes, absolutely. At Surrey Massage Studio, we prioritise your comfort and safety. We encourage anyone who would feel more comfotable with a chaperone in attendence to bring along a trusted individual to attend the massage with them. Your well-being is our top priority, and we are here to accommodate your needs to ensure a positive and reassuring experience.
Yes, it is safe to treat both adults and children at Surrey Massage Studio. However, for clients under the age of 16, we have specific requirements to ensure their safety and comfort. Parental or guardian consent is mandatory, and we also require the parent or guardian to be present throughout the entire treatment session. This policy helps to provide a secure and reassuring environment for our younger clients.
We currently accept payment in the following ways:

Absolutely! In fact light massage can be beneficial while you are mensturating. Just let your therapist know before the massage starts so they can tailor the massage to your needs.
It is very normal to experience some minor symptoms post massage, such as:
- Muscle soreness or fatigue
- General fatigue
- Dizzyness
- Headaches
- Increased urination and bowel movements
- Increased thirst
These are perfectly normal and happen due to your body’s response to the massage. It is nothing to worry about and should dissipate within a day or two. If you are worried, please get in touch and we can discuss.
There is plenty of free on-street parking nearby and occasionally there is space on the driveway.
There are some medical conditions where massage is totally contraindicated (not allowed), and others where you will need to seek medical advice and approval. Finally, some minor conditions/ilnesses may require you to postpone treatment until you are clear or prevent you having treatment on the affected area,. This is why we our intake forms include sections on your medical history.
Please arrive on time. but no more than 5 minutes before your appointment is due to start, as I may be finishing up with a previous client. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full session fee will still apply.
I recommend wearing loose comfortable clothing. For women, a bra that enables access to the back, neck and shoulders when lying face down is best.
Sports Massage: We’ll discuss any specific ailments that have brought you here and what you are hoping to achieve, we’ll also complete a postural assessment. Once completed we’ll discuss treatment plans and then commence with the treatment. We recommend you book an hour session for your inital treatment.
Relaxation Massage: We’ll briefly disucss what you can expect throughout the treatment before commencing.
Pregnancy Massage: We’ll start out with a general chat about you and your pregnancy, covering any symptoms you are experincing and how we might be able to help. We’ll then discuss the treatment plan before commencing.
There are a few things you can do to prepare for your first massage:
- Fill in the intake form before attending your massage, you’ll recieve it via email after booking.
- Avoid alcohol the day/night before your massage.
- Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
- Avoid planning any taxing or physical activity post massage.
